ATA's strong heritage in Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) technical know-how, coupled with a steady growth in component level development and test and evaluation, forged the groundwork for our Systems Test and Evaluation (ST&E) business thrust. This business thrust focuses on Prototyping, Demonstrations, and Experiments and Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AI&T), which includes Testing and Evaluation (T&E) and Build-to-Print.
In 2010, we expanded our Albuquerque, New Mexico facilities to accommodate extensive AI&T requirements. We have multiple clean rooms ranging from Class 100 flow benches to Class 10,000 clean rooms. We also have an approximately 7,000 square foot high bay facility, a manufacturing area, and secure workspace. ATA’s management system is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Our team has designed and tested entire systems as well as built and manufactured custom space-qualified parts and sensors solutions for numerous Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial customers, such as the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Sandia National Laboratories, and several aerospace primes.
Our Systems Test and Evaluation team has the capability to transition ATA’s Sensors and Systems solutions to production-ready, build-to-print products and to produce non-ATA build-to-print designs as well.
