Project Control/Financial Analyst

Job Description

In collaboration with the Contracts, Finance and Accounting departments, the Program Control/Financial Analyst’s duties include but are not limited to supporting program managers in establishing, monitoring, and reporting on program budget baselines and estimate to complete analysis; collecting, organizing and analyzing complex data to maintain status of programs and variance reporting; developing or maintaining the program cost structure to ensure accurate cost collection and reporting to support program management, senior leadership, contracts, and customers; compiling and analyzing data in support of contract deliverable reports Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to customers.

Requirements: 

  • - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting or equivalent experience

  • - Three to five years of experience in financial/project reporting

  • - Intermediate to advanced-level Microsoft Office skills especially advanced formulas
     
      in Microsoft Excel

  • - Must be a U.S. Person, able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Clearance

Desired: 

  • - MBA

  • - Five to eight years of experience in financial/project reporting

  • - Direct labor forecast experience preferred

  • - Deltek GCS Premier or Costpoint experience preferred

  • - Experience in developing proposal pricing (new business and change proposals) including
     
      cost/price, schedule and resource analysis

  • - Indirect rates and proper application preferred

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Travel: Less than 1%
