Method of shipment and shipper's account number are preferred for all orders.  If neither shipping preference and account number is declared, we default to UPS 2nd Day Air and shipping and handling charges are added to the customer invoice.
 

The shipping option you select affects only the travel time after your order leaves our shipping department.  It does not affect the time it takes us to process your order.  The shipping cost is based on shipper quote prior to shipping within the United States, and the same for all international orders.

Tracking an Order
After you place your order through ATA Sensors, you can find out the status of your shipment by sending an e-mail, sending a fax to (505) 823-1560, or by calling (505) 823-1320 requesting the status of your order.  You will need the sales order number that was provided to you at the time your order was confirmed.
 

Handling Fee For Product Orders
If you order products and do not provide a shipper's account number, a handling fee of $25.00 may be reflected in the total shipping and handling costs.  Please note that the total cost will vary depending on the type and volume of product in your order.
