Corporation
warrants
sensor
products
to
be
free
from
defects
in
materials
and
workmanship
for
a
period
of
1
year
from
date
of
purchase
and
cables
for
a
period
of
90
days.
ATA
Sensors
further
warrants
that
if
these
products
fail
to
operate
properly
within
the
specified
warranty
period
during
ownership
by
the
original
purchaser,
and
the
failure
is
due
to
improper
workmanship
or
defective
materials,
ATA
Sensors
will
repair
or
replace
the
product
at
its
option.
The
original
purchaser
shall
be
the
person
or
corporate
entity
which
has
purchased
this
product
directly
from
ATA
Sensors
or
its
authorized
distributor.
No
product
will
be
accepted
for
warranty
return
without
an
RMA
(Return Material Authorization)
number
assigned
by
ATA
Sensors
Technical
Support.
EXCLUSIONS
This
warranty
shall
be
void
if:

1. |
The
product
has
been
installed
in
an
improper
manner
or
in
an
improper
operating
environment,
or
product
has
been
used
in
destructive
or
life
testing. |
|
2. |
The
product
has
been
modified
or
repaired
by
any
party
other
than
ATA
Sensors
or
an
ATA
Sensors
factory
authorized
service
center. |
|
3. |
The
product
has
been
damaged
due
to
accident,
fire,
flood
and/or
other
acts
of
God;
misuse,
incorrect
line
voltages,
or
damage
in
shipping.
(For
shipping
damage,
claims
must
be
made
with
carrier). |
|
4. |
Crash,
ejection,
munition
or
missile
testing
parameters
exceed
specified
operating and
survivability
shock
specifications
for
the
sensor
being
used. |
ATA
Sensors
cannot
warranty
the
suitability
of
a
product
for
a
specific
application,
and
no
such
warranty
is
either
written
or
implied. Responsibility
for
determining
the
suitability
of
any
ATA
Sensor
product
for
any
given
application
is
the
sole
responsibility
of
the
purchaser.
Limitation
of
Remedies
The
above
limited
warranty
constitutes
the
sole
and
exclusive
remedy
for
the
Customer
with
respect
to
any
defective
ATA
Sensors
product
or
the
use
thereof,
and
is
in
lieu
of
all
other
obligations
or
liabilities
of
ATA
Sensors.
ATA
Sensors’
liability,
whether
based
on
contract
warranty,
strict
liability
tort,
or
any
other
bases,
shall
not
exceed
the
price
of
the
individual
unit
whose
defect
or
damages
is
the
basis
of
the
claim.
In
no
event
shall
ATA
Sensors
be
liable
for
any
costs
of
procurement
or
substitute
goods,
loss
of
profits,
or
any
consequential,
incidental,
and/or
other
damages
of
any
kind
resulting
from
a
breach
of
any
applicable
express
or
implied
warranty,
or
otherwise
with
respect
to
the
manufacture
and
sale
of
any
ATA
Sensors
product,
whether
or
not
ATA
Sensors
has
been
advised
of
the
possibility
of
such
loss
or
damage.
Every
reasonable
effort
has
been
made
to
ensure
that
ATA
Sensors’
manuals,
literature,
and
promotional
materials
accurately
describe
ATA
Sensors
product
specifications
and
capabilities
at
the
time
of
publication.
Because
we
constantly
improve
and
update
our
products,
however,
ATA
Sensors
cannot
and
does
not
warranty
or
guarantee
the
accuracy
of
any
printed
materials
after
the
date
of
publication,
and
expressly
disclaims
liability
for
any
changes,
error,
omissions,
or
inaccuracies.
The
above
limited
warranty
is
valid
in
the
United
States
and
may
apply
to
other
countries
and
give
the
Customer
specific
rights
while
limiting
other
rights. U.S. Customers may
have
additional
rights
which
vary
from
state
to
state.
Some
states
prohibit
limitations
on
the
length
of
implied
warranties
and
on
the
waiver
of
certain
damage
provision,
and
the
above
limitations
and
exclusions
may
not
apply
in
those
states.
If a product is
determined
to
be
ineligible
for
warranty
service,
the
customer
will
be
notified
before
any
further
action
is
taken
with
the
product.
ATA
Sensors
will
not
be
responsible
for
any
loss
or
damage
to
any
property
or
attachments
not
originally
sold
by
ATA
Sensors
which
are
returned
with
the
product
under
warranty,
e.g.,
peripheral
board,
cables,
enclosures,
power
supply,
accessories
or
attached
item
not
originally
sold
by
ATA
Sensors.
