ATA  provides  technical  and  scientific R&D services to the  Air Force  Operational Test and  Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. 

ATA employee’s offer a  wide variety  of services  including frequency management, test planning, data collection and analysis, test execution, test management and logistics in the areas of rapid test support of non-traditional assessments and advanced concept technology demonstrations, as well as, joint service nuclear, biological and chemical detection and decontamination systems.

In addition,  ATA supports  the  AFOTEC T & E  University
providing  initial and  advanced training in operational test
and evaluation, acquisition, test team operations.

All courses use blended learning designs to deliver training that sticks with the student.  Primary customers for training are AFOTEC personnel and test teams, however, other customers include the National Assessment Group, Joint Interoperability Test Command, Australian Air Force, Army testers and Navy SEALs.
